Dear Elementary Parents,

It’s that time of year when you have a chance to meet with your child’s teacher to discuss progress this first quarter. Please complete this form choosing your preferred time and an alternate in case there is a conflict.

When are the conferences?

Date:        Tuesday/Wednesday October 22nd/23rd

Times:        12:15-3:30    Grades 7 to 12

12:15-3:30     Elementary

How long are conferences?    Approximately 15-20 minutes

Students should be picked up immediately after lunch on both days. Busses will be running on a minimum day schedule. (NO AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES ON THOSE DAYS).

When to pick up students: 12:15 for ALL STUDENTS

FOR UPPER SCHOOL PARENTS, TEACHERS WILL BE IN THEIR CLASSROOMS AND AVAILABLE FROM 12:30 TO 3:30 BOTH DAYS IN ORDER TO MEET WITH PARENTS AS NEEDED. NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY, BUT PLEASE CONTACT KATIA IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A PREFERRED TIME AND DATE WITH A SPECIFIC TEACHER.
